I believe so and the PPS continued to decline after this fantastic announcement. Could it possibly be that investor confidence is gone due to everything you have stated about the lack of reporting and contact with shareholders which I totally agree with and apparently the .0055 confirms it. I may throw a 500K share buy bid down at .0045 for tomorrow just to see and mess with the MM's.
