The quarterly results are recorded for all time in a form 10-Q.

The Business Wire release is the Business Wire release.

Cmf's assertion aside, the page at wave.com is not the Business Wire release.

Is somebody taking the position that truncating the corresponding (but separate) document at wave.com wrongfully fails to replicate matter utterly overtaken by the official filing with the SEC?

What's the beef here?
