If that's true then I would like to know what "an arbitration decision" really means, ie: does Nok have to ACCEPT the arbitration decision before Ericy signs?

I would wager that ERICY will not sign until we have NOK's funds from the arb. decision. It'll take more than the award.

IDoCare, what I meant by arbitration decision is basically the arbitration panel's ruling with regards to the trigger. I am assuming that all the 3 panelists agreed on that bcoz I don't think NOK has questioned/raised the trigger issue in this morning's release (please correct me if I am wrong or missed something).
