Yeah, some dude pvt'ed me last week trying to get me to buy this. I noticed he had just created the username: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Profile.aspx?user=306038 and most of his posts were on NEGSD. On top of that, this new Blue Chips site was registered on the same day. After that, he dissapeared and hasn't posted since. This screams scam.
