they did not disclose the date in the PR, and I assume will be stated in the next pr if the merger goes thru
for now it is not 100 percent sure deal
it could be that they will wait until pps rises to higher levels and then use the ratio
we never know in advance except speculate
usually pink PRs are always half info and lets you speculate till the next one and on and on
it passes years and investors still waiting to find out
usually it gets forgotten after period of time
sometimes that is also the purpose of those PRs

Follow up to davidio's question, what is the consensus on PPS after the merger here?

Just curious as to peoples thoughts, considering increasing my position a little.
