Question re the merger / acquisition of AMNP...according to the press release..."Existing shareholders of American Sierra will receive a ratio of Colorado Goldfields Class A shares in exchange for their American Sierra shares."
At yesterdays closing share prices that ratio would be 40:1. Would I be correct with that?
