Mickey,
Most of us who are savvy investors expect to see the final decision at 12B to 15B.
The "shorts" want to scare us so they can get our shares, and sell them for a cheap price.
They are the ones who should be cautious, as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the real investors.
