The talks “have been fruitful,” Brian Rosen, an attorney for WaMu, said in court today in Wilmington. “The discussions have been positive.”

I view this as a positive for us,... but am always dubious about anything that slides out of Mr. Rosen's mouth.

What's two more weeks of waiting? And,.. it does seem to decrease the odds that 'we' would leave bankruptcy prior to the beginning of 2012,... AND more NOLs slide 'our' way.
