I agree with you that the Kodiak deal was a stupid move for FLTT. If FLTT were the ones who ended the financing deal then it was a good decision IMO.

Straight dilution would have been much better for everyone including the company.

Kodiak deal is the finalnail in the coffin if they accepted that. Longs are lucky fltt walked away from it.
I saw couple of companies that went no bid with kodiak financials. swvl and vipr.
Fltt maybe in searxh of other options to pursue the acquisition.
