E=Employee, B=Big Business, ie more than 500 employees, S=Small business...mmost people fit into this area like doctors, lawyers and such and STILL pay most in taxes. I=Investor would be real estate. Bs and Is pay the least in taxes and the tax code is structured in such a way that it's established that way purposely. This is why employees & small businesses don't make it very well and remain small.
