#27165 RE: Wayne Rosso #27162

Wayne, are you really surprised though? That's how BLLN has been operating since I started following the company back in 2008.

Let's see:
1) We're still waiting on the portability to digital music players and smartphones.
2) We're still waiting on the company transparency promised in a corporate update from two years ago.
3) We're still waiting on the promised 25 million tracks that the service was supposedly going to boast.
4) We're still waiting on the company to settle a lawsuit with Oracle that the CEO of the company characterized as only a minor "tiff".
5) We're still waiting on the Mac compatible version of the old product that was supposedly coming soon, but never arrived. (As pointed out by me on numerous occasions, it was actually impossible to make such a product due to the choice of DRM at the time.)
6) We're still waiting on those independent blog sites promised in the corporate update from two years ago. (FYI, one of the blog sites they linked to was created only days earlier and contained only a single entry. There have been no subsequent posts to the site either.)
7) We're still waiting on the sky high stock price that the "faithful" on this site kept boasting about being "around the corner" and "coming soon".
8) We're still waiting on the P2P integration that was supposed to make this service stand out from the others.
9) We're still waiting on the site to exit "beta" and actually launch, in spite of the CEO "launching" the site about 4-5 times over since 2008.
10) We're still waiting on the company to repay its lendors from three years ago, as demonstrated by the new round of lawsuits.
11) We're still waiting for the company to unveil how their service will become profitable.
12) We're still waiting for the company to file updated information with the appropriate agencies and hold a shareholders meeting.

... and that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to listing the problems that continue to plague this company and its product ...

Wayne, seriously is this all true. Have you spoken to the victims or the reps in this matter? Do you have both sides of the story? Just making sure you understand your responsibility as reporter.
