Is it all true? If it wasn't, why would all of these people be suing the company for money owed? Furthermore, why would the company and the CEO not respond to most of the claims and take a default judgment in court? After all, if the claims were untrue, wouldn't you want to defend your reputation and avoid having to pay millions?! If you read the court filings, it's pretty obvious that the individuals are suing because they are upset that they were not paid back the money they agreed to lend based on signed legal documents between both parties. What other "side" to the story is there? Unless you are referring to the part of the story where BLLN squandered away all of the money with nothing to show for it.
