I think you might be totally accurate in that assessment. We need a way to legally force them to show us current financial info.

When you invested in Lyric they were a non-reporting company, and always had been, correct?

It has been stated ad nauseum by Rhumphre that the only reason we have any financial info is because the OTC Markets "slapped" them with a C/E rating in March of 2010.

Since then, nothing in terms of financial info but for a measly Q1 2011 report which many have posted they believe was some sort of requirement for Walmart, although the real reason was to give us the share structure.

They neglected to report Q2,Q3,Q4 2010, and Q2 2011 prior to your decision to invest in the company. Have you not seen either of these symbols before?,Have you never invested in a stock in the OTC Market?

So, why would anyone believe that, NOW, it is THEIR RIGHT to demand financials? If you believe some conspiracy theory, it is YOUR RIGHT to report it to the SEC. Please do so.

The company will provide the info that they deem appropriate to investors on their timeline. Those were the terms YOU agreed to when YOU invested in this non-reporting company.
