The use of "alleged" may prove incorrect. LYJN executives may have been doing and selling all that swag and pocketing the profits inside their little black box of no information. Consider... they use shareholders' capital to cover their costs and engorge themselves on the gross profits without any of us knowing about it! I honestly think that may well be occurring RIGHT NOW on an epic scale as the rat bastard executives haul-in unprecedent monetary swag from Wal-Mart and Claire's sales, not reporting it so that they can pocket it... kicking the shareholders to the curb. All the while singing - wrongfully and quite inaccurately - that because they are a pinkie stock they have no accountability to the stockholders. THEY DO. And they better damn-well ACCOUNT!!!

Whenever executives' greed or misfeasance supersede shareholders' investment interests, that corporation suffers a fatal illness.
