#110659 RE: dmbao #110658

I'd written:

"I wonder why you'd find it useful to quibble about the FACT of how things will be expected to change as those events do unfold ?"

There is a plan. We appear to agree on the time it might take ?

We DO KNOW where this is heading... we know what the plan is, and what the time lines probably are, within some reasonable range of estimates. And, we've not quibbled about that much...

So, why is it useful to NOT quibble about how long it will take to get there, following the plan... while quibbling instead about whether or not you can tell if the car is even moving ?

You clearly know full well enough that it is...

The reply I see... appears to say that you don't bother with or ever find it useful to notice freeway signs while driving. You don't believe in GPS... maps... don't use headlights at night... and won't listen to anyone else in the car about anything... whether what they are saying is useful or not ?

If you DO pay attention... some of those things may useful in telling you where you are, which direction you are traveling, how fast, and how far it is to various destinations along the route... ?

They even have a handy numbering system for the exits on the freeway... and mile markers along the way that synch with them...

Of course, if you keep your eyes closed... you won't see them.

You're on the freeway heading to San Francisco... and see advantage in pretending you have no idea where you are, where the city is, or when you might get there... can't even manage (while not bothering with looking at the speedometer, not bothering with looking out the window, while not thinking or exercising any judgement) to tell if the car is even moving ?

So, after having planned out the trip, you then opt to posture as driving along that freeway... deaf, dumb and blind... making the natural questions... not "When are we going to get there ?" or "Are we there yet ?" but "Why AREN'T we there yet?" and "Is this car even moving ?"

LOL!!!

If you ARE driving, and have passed by, while not actually having pulled off in Redding, Sacramento, Napa, Petaluma, San Rafael, or Corte Madera... and you didn't take the Bay Bridge exit and end up lost in Oakland... or wander into Sausalito by accident...

Well, you're STILL not there yet... ???

So, why pretend you can't tell where you are... when you know damned well where you are ?

We'll be there when we're there...

Am I going to have to pull this car over...

Because I will...

How many shares do you think you will end up with after the spin out? Do you really think the IPO is going to market with over a billion shares, no way, will be lucky to get 10% of what we hold right now. That's way the share price isnt moving, who wants to buy shares in a soon to be empty shell...The only thing of value will soon be in the hands of some group we know nothing about.(GREAT) FYI I voted no. The buyers are waiting for the IPO, why would anyone buy now before that takes place?

"SRSR has succeeded with the project by leaps and bounds..."

I agree, and that post suggests to me that you're fully capable of seeing plenty of movement... progress being made... in their project development efforts.

So, no, you've not been vague at all... it just has you saying some of the most positive things anyone has said about SRSR, in the most negative way possible.

I think your posts have been very specific:

You've outlined for us where you expect SRSR is going...

You've outlined why you hold a large number of shares...

You've outlined the time lines on which you expect that things will be likely to occur... and you clearly expect they'll "get there" as planned, if not on a date certain... or you wouldn't BE holding a large number of shares ?

You've even considered some feature in how it might occur... and have suggested a few nearer term timing elements that appear to agree nicely with what the company has said we might expect.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone "contain their enthusiasm" about the delivery of quite a lot of good news in relation to project successes... nearly as well as you have. LOL!!! But, I do appreciate the value in your ongoing participation and your history of powerful support of SRSR's efforts. SRSR holders owe quite a lot to the ongoing support provided by the PP holders, who have supported the company in REAL terms, even when the "tone" in the markets was vastly more pessimistic about their potential for success than is possible now.

So, I recognize you are responsible for enabling SRSR's success.

Thanks... for making it happen.

Obviously, the reason we invest is because we believe in the project, have confidence in the ability of the management to make it happen, and expect that successes in the effort required to enable the development... will be rewarded.

We see the successes occurring, now... and we know how the market works... including that the short term charts appear to show that virtually NONE of the SRSR holders are willing sellers, and the only real volume available to buyers over the last two weeks appears that it came from having around 3 million shares being shorted.

Of course, JMHO.
