Perhaps I was to vague. I have no issue with it remaining a bargain at $.30 as it will have moved 10x from here. I am looking for some sign that the price of the shares is going to start better reflecting the value that may exist here. That we don't continue to wallow at 3 cents.

Certainly part of this is patience on my part but I certainly didn't expect to provide PP capital in the Spring of 2008 for a start up company with no assets but a plan and 3 and 1/2 years later despite all they have accomplished to be able to buy another PP at the same price and have little appreciation on either investment let alone my market buys which were mostly higher. Typically the PP I have done and seen for a business would have either succeeded in a big way from initial financing or failed within 3 plus years in a start up environment like SRSR that had no existing business and now does. While SRSR has succeeded with the project by leaps and bounds I either way over paid in 2008 or under payed in 2011 and it remains a bargain today?

I don't think there is any question that 3 cents doesn't come close to reflecting a reasonable price, $.30 is a bit high IMHO but in the ball park for where they are. That belief may be influenced by the fact its 3 cents today with no sign of progress price wise and that clouds my ability see what would make it $.75, a good point you brought up a while ago.

I just don't see a billion dollar IPO market cap. Although I fully expect it to achieve that market cap one day. I expect the IPO day that the market cap of NioStar will be less than $.30 a share and that includes adjusting for the fact that in theory Niostar will be owned by 1.35 Billion SRSR equivalent shares today plus the possibility of new shares sold at IPO (could be already existing shares sold at IPO), our 870 Million OS once options are exercised and HKHE's 35% (I am assuming they will max out their opportunity). A $150-$200 million market cap from there the upside will be strong with mine financing, take off agreements and permits coming and we get close to that $1 price or a billion market cap within a year of the Niostar listing?

Of course JMHO.
