To try and help you out:
You may want to ask for their supervisor get names and explain exactly what you got. If they don't have the answer immediately then have them find out and call you back. Just saying what you are saying sounds a little wierd....I had comcast everything and cancelled everything but the internet as no one has come close to the speed...I use Direct TV and have no more home phone as there is no need.

Now if you have shopped notebooks etc... pricing and find an all you can eat package then good luck and let us all know. I don't bother with pads due to that fact alone. To what, just surf the web or play games...lolzzzzzz...Those things are designed for the young with disposable income and until they are more efficient in what they can do they are nothing more than an expensive toy with a reoccuring expensive monthly charge..... The tabs are a gimick and a luxury item, that is why everyone pays that tab, ha a pun...
