Your not kidding. I got a offer for new customers in the mail so i called the number and they tell me they do not know of the offer for 14.99 internet for new customers. They send out a mass mailing and there sales reps do not even know about it and cant sign me up for it. Sprint is just as bad they no longer want to honor our contract for unlimited 4g access. My current contract is for 04 2012 out of the goodness of their heart they will not charge me to terminate early but they do not offer me in anything for them breaking our agreement its all BS. If you have Sprint stock might be a good time to short as current customers find out about the new billing they will cancel like I have to. If you are wondering my new bill would be $250.00 plus the $59.99 that is what 9 gigabytes my current monthly usage would cost me.
