your analysis is on the money PROVIDED we prevail at the CAFC.
At this point absent of any buyout we're back to 3G MONEY & the CAFC. I would argue that with a CAFC win mgt. does not need to sell, the market would take care of the price.
maybe the reason it's taking so long is that a deal HAS BEEN REACHED pending the outcome of the CAFC, so everybody waits for the decision. this to me makes more sense because then I could see somebody paying 6-7 billion on a buyout.
again A win at the CAFC would give more confidence to any potential bidder to overpay for future revenue. I will even go further and say that as soon as a win at the CAFC is announced
it will be followed immediately with the sale annoucement.
