You need to get off you high horse and look around. We could be "right" six ways to Sunday but without a revenue stream to pay a gaggle of lawyers it takes to prove that in a court of law and enforce that judgement it really does not matter. I will not discuss the merits of different long term courses of action in an open forum. What I am going to say is that, until we have money, all your arguments are simply theoretical musings.
