I don't believe that there is a "settlement" with Daic that can or will resolve the issue. Daic's claims are based in fraud. The company management agreeing to go along with that fraud, doesn't make it not a fraud. The legal issues clearly are not going to be going away, because of Turrini agreeing to have them be settled.
