Seem like Nokia has been desparately trying to establish a 3G rate at Nokia's term. Interdigital has been resisting so far.

I think NOK would be smart to establish a 3g rate with InterDigital on its own terms rather than have its 3g rate be triggered by Ericsson or someon else.
