Ingram generally doesnt lead you to a particular product, although they do have an Integration Team, who will
recommend a solution after in-depth analysis, and possibly a site visit.
You're basically hiring them as a consultant.
$$$ involved.
A more common scenario would be a possible user that has
done some initial product research and has more in-depth questions
he needs answer to.
Wave's products would be assigned to a Support Team
under the Software Support Group.
It's been my experience that anything more that basic product questions, the Team will call the manufacturer(in this case Wave)
and get a conference call going.
Not a knock on Ingram, they simply have too many products
to provide in-depth knowledge on the phone.
They stay on the call to make sure you get the answers you need,
and to make sure there isnt any open issues.
