Nothing is certain, but if they manage to start a turnaround on the financial front, in turn limiting the the amount of dilutive financing required to stay afloat, could leave the marketcap with huge amounts to grow. The worst is being assumed as it should be, however the cap is a pittance and with the right moves this could have some serious legs.
