When TOFS hits $0.0001 in a few days it will cost $1,000 to retire 10M shares debt. I'll believe it when I see it, and even then I wouldn't trust what I saw after being lied to.

Between the Company, private investors and myself we can easy achieve our plan to reduce the A/S to 1.2 billion by 12/31.

Right now all I see is an increase in A/S to 2.4B.

Matt Dwyer promised no further dilution to over 80 people on a conference call. It wasn't a mis-understanding, it was a lie.

So in other words what Dwyer's saying is that in order to begin to implement his plan to reduce the A/S to 1.2 billion, he first needs to increase it to 2.4 billion so he has some money to do what he needs to do to get it down to 1.2 billion. Thanks Matt, it all makes sense now.
