There has got to be more to this than meets the eye. Geez, the AS was far greater than this a few months ago and the stock was trading higher than this without even having any kind of business plan to speak of. Obviously there are some large buyers down at this level. Let's see what Mr Dwyer has to say about all this. I certainly am willing to listen.
That is illegal. I do not see that happening. The other problem Matt now has is putting out misleading press releases about share reductions when a few weeks later he starts increasing the OS and AS.
He needs to put our a clarification filing to otcmarkets.com and/or press release to save credibility and likely keep himself from raising the attention of the SEC/FINRA on misleading press releases.
I am hoping he is listening loud and clear and clarifies this ASAP!
