1. Why the OS keeps growing-we were expecting it to go down after the announcement that private investors will buy at the open market?

The O/S has had minor increase and may increase a bit more while cleaning up matters and performing on our business plan, but the reduction plans for 1.2 by 12/31 are still very much alive

2. Is there any chance to increase the AS more than 1.4 billion shares anytime soon?

There is a chance it will not increase be much just until we are able to sell off our investment in RIGH. We need to grow as a company and we plan on sticking to our reduction goal of 1.2 billion by 12/31 so long as we move ahead with what we are doing. Short term use of our stock as leverage until our investment is liquid.

Preacher...That Post should answer many questions on the Board here in the past hour or so. If this is the case and the A/S has been increased to 2.4 billion shares on the Amendment filed yesterday....... Hands down we will have yet another scam Penny Stock here. I too am still holding a portion of my shares but..... Time will tell if I continue to hold these much longer.

The gifting shares to his friends should have been a huge red flag. Oh yeah and making PPS predictions and posting on his own message board too. GLTY
