You have to remember the O/S can be easily adjusted through splits.

•Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split Pay date=07/28/2009.
•Capital Change=shs increased by 6 for 1 split. Ex-date=08/25/2009. Rec date=08/14/2009. Pay date=08/24/2009
