My guess is not very much "money" was raised. Perhaps $10 million or less. Most of the stock issued here was for things like consulting services, deals with other companies, etc where CMKX never saw real cash.
The value of the issued stock though is a different story. In the last 10Q before Urbie took over, the o/s sat at 352.2 million. Today, the o/s is 703.8 billion. If one values the difference at only .0001, that's $70.4 million.
In the last 10Q, the accumulated deficit is listed as $3.49 million. At the hearing, the bookkeeper said the accumulated deficit today using partial financial data is $36 million. So, I would say the amount sucked out of investors here is between $32.5 million ($36M - $3.5) on the low end to $200 million or so on the high end.
