Thank you Zoltan for the information. Having Rebel own a large stock holding in the company for whom they are the single primary income generator is great news. What really gets me excited is that our stock price is .0008 with an outstanding share total of 960,775,323.
This translates to a value of $768,775,323 for this company. Rebel has been in business since 2004 and has it eye on growth. I expect that low market cap will rise significantly when Rebel's earnings appear in the filings. The share price is a gift for a company that has had a definite direction for 7 years and are now set to appear on a public stage.

I will double what Zoltan said and just remind the board that the financials were up to July 31st. The consolidation of Rebels revenues will happen. This stock could unfold into a monstor from these prices. Good Luck to all. I would do own DD and be cautious of letting someone push you off this position.
