I'd like to agree but I can't. There is no fundamental change in the current business plan or conditions to warrant the current volume and buying. I believe that somebody or bodies have information which is not privey to others or you can believe that the charts tell a tale to those who understand them causing the buying.

Either way it's not something Matt has done of late that has been shared with all investors. We shall see. GL2U
