That doesn't surprise me. People take their investments pretty seriously. They will say anything to try to defend their investments. It's natural for people to want to hope for the best when they have a vested interest. Investor goggles are like beer goggles - they distort your view of reality.
Considering most people can't afford to lose the money they invest in penny stocks, I make it a point to try not to ridicule anybody for their investment decisions. My hope is that people will learn and make smarter decisions in the future.
