I agree that releasing false information about fictional Middle Eastern customers and registering false "financial statements" with OTC Markets constitutes the work of clowns.
Indeed I'd go further and call them crooks.
On the other hand the SEC are very specific about the risks with Pink Sheet stocks like EGOC, and the DTCC have tried to warn people by putting a chill on the stock, and designating it trade-for-trade, so I guess you could argue that potential "investors"
(or "marks", as I believe T Raymond T Brown II and his boss Jean François Amyot call them)
have been warned.
