So what, the FDIC breaks a few laws too...

Here we find that the FDIC seized TWO WMI subsidiary Banks and pretended that they were one.

Now the hot question: Was Washington Mutual Bank, FSB, Park City, UT (FDIC 33891) a subsidiary of Washington Mutual Bank, Henderson, NV( FDIC 32633)

or

Was Washington Mutual Bank, FSB, Park City, UT (FDIC 33891) a subsidiary of Washington Mutual Inc. currently in bankruptcy.

Hmmmmm.....If WAMU,FSB was really a subsidiary of WMB, then why two separate listings as though they were individual disconnected subsidiaries.

Not only will we exit with zero debt, we will also have will not have to worry about any taxes for years in advance. What one needs to uinderstand is "the Hedge funds were willing to forgo creditor cash for stock in this shell of a company." When one really sits down and spreadsheets this new company, they can only sigh at the potential of such an entity.

Now as I have posted about the true potential of this company, it has nothing to do with Re-insurance Business, it has to do with the Mergers and Acquisitions Business and the true benefits of access of to revenues, with no tax worries.

Every since I learned about the NOL's, I have devoted myself to learning more about the potential of these valuable benefits.. OH YES!

Now the question everyone should ask themselves is "why would the hedge funds who are all about profits and greed take stock in a little reorganized company instead of cash for their claims?"

Now when you answer this, you will see the true potential. They may have thought, I wonder if we can sue anyone after exit or I wonder who would be willing to merge with us.. OH WAIT, We control many boards through our 4 Horsemen Firms, the merging part is a given.. We can do that quickly..

1. Take a 300M company and merge it with a 300M company
2. Take a 600M company and merge it with a 600M company
3. Take a 1B company and merge it with a 1B company
