So Noble considers JDZ Block 4 as "high risk" while most of us feel more confident. Hope we're right...

Ruby - Who specifically are the "I" and the "we" in those statements?
Something's kind of fishy if they say:
1. JDZ is high risk exploration... when XOM was willing to do absolutely anything to get operatorship of that block and 123 million was paid for sig bonus on block 1.
2. They doubt they'd make an announcement on a PSC when that is what was done with block 1, to some degree of hoopla on the African side.

Anyone else find this strange?
