So Mike, are you suggesting this would go down to $0.0003 again before it spikes or do you think there's been a turning point / bottom somewhere in the last few weeks at $0.0005?
I don't have any governance on Identa's debt, PERIOD. The company has never disclosed anything on their debt load, where did you get your information please.
Not really, Identa was called out on Caveat Emptor because this CEO publicly stated in Identa's PR they were going Current Information Reporting by end of Q1 to qualify for the new Pinksheet tier. Not only didn't he qualify, but there was never any explanation on what was happening in that regard.
As much as Identa wants to play by there own rules, Pinksheets issued a statement many months (perhaps years) previous that they were trying to distance themselves from the stocks that were bringing discredit to the OTC market place. By doing so Pinksheets policy was to marquee those stocks that did qualify. Indeed Identa publicly stated they would qualify for this higher tier end of Q1 2010 and promptly proceeded to do exactly the opposite.
Quite frankly Mike it should be no suprise to anyone at all this company is fighting an uphill battle.... IF everyone knew all the facts I think this company would be really struggling. Come to think of it Mike1991. Isn't that what's really happening here, I mean take a look at the average daily volume man, HELLO???? :-(
Caveat Emptor means LET THE BUYER BEWARE
Mike with all due respect I really think you should.
