Wolfer,
Any positive opinion here will be attacked by about five other posters. They want you to express their opinion and not yours. If you say anything good about the company, you will be labeled a pumper.
But in my opinion you will be rewarded. Identa has been very good to me. The last time it dropped to .0003, I was probably the only buyer and was rewarded when it went to over .005. While some were bashing, I was buying. Whoever listened to them missed a nice payday.
Yeah they have issued a large number of shares, but don't have $30 million in debt as many pinks do. They do have a large number of very good products and have been fighting an uphill battle against the larger established companies and in many cases politics. And they are slowly gaining market share.
I don't post here much because I don't sit here monitoring this board 24/7. Good luck to you.
All in my opinion.
Identa was listed "caveat emptor" for not providing information even though the OTC pink category in which they were listed had no reporting requirements.

Here is the requirements as listed on otcmarkets.com.
OTC Pink – The Speculative Trading Marketplace

The bottom tier of the OTC market, OTC Pink is a speculative trading marketplace that helps broker dealers get the best prices for investors. OTC Pink has no financial standards or reporting requirements, but companies in this tier choose the level of information they provide to investors and may have current, limited or no public disclosure.
