VOX I think you are abs correct. We need to see the Terms of the agreement.

For example....You try to steal my car. I have talks with you. We reach an agreement!!
Great news!!?? What happens if we agreed that I have the car for 5 days per year, and you have it 360 days.
Sure, we have an agreement, but I lose.

Simplistic eg I know (please, no bashing my eg thanks)....but an agreement is only as strong as its terms!!

The financial income from the Virgin deal will be neglible in the long run. What is important is the in the long run is the validation of the patents. The licensing deal just removes a lot of the risk premium in the stock on a long term perspective.
