RE: Virgin Settlement/PPS Rise

Does anyone agree with the thought that, while hearing positive settlement news with Virgin Entertainment, we still need to see the big picture? What kind of REVENUES will the liscense bring in. In the end, that's what all the technical buyers look at. I think once the Quiet Period (BSDS merger) is over and Neom releases the financial side of this liscensing agreement, we'll see a much more significant rise in PPS. That said, no worries! Positive settlement news after this last month of waiting is more than enough to get me through a few more weeks. Does anyone have any educated guess on when the BSDS merger is supposed to be finalized? Isn't it 45 days from __________ ____, 2005?
