Thats good information.

They look like a real good company for a reverse merge, a very nice fit.

I expect this will take a bit of time as I don't think they are playing this for the pump. I doubt KTWO will bother to spend the money to put out news and AAC will likely gag themselves until it closes to play it straight.

Could be a good one, just going to have to be patient. May be some good buying opportunies in the meantime at attractive prices as others get impatient.
