I called up AAC and spoke to the lawyer. He couldn't talk about the specifics of the merger yet because of legalities, but did talke about AAC and its 9 yr history and the fact it is profitable. I gave him my email and he will stay in touch with me. I'll update when I can. I think this deal is in the bank. And btw he mentioned "they were suprised by the volume today" the lawyer wondered how the word got out and I told him some guys read the 8k. He also asked me if I was a market maker. My gut tells me something good is cooking on it, because my bids got jumped today and it was very hard to fill any orders of 30k+ today.
