You miss the point. The product will never be granted a patent and they won't pursue it because it will fail the test. Also you stated that "Recently the products started selling on the Autism association's web site!" are you trying to tie IFUS products to a cure or treatment for Autism? That would be a medical claim or did you mean to say that with proper nutrition this could help with the condition? With three employees including the CEO and sales below ?????? IMO why be a public company?
