android is going to surpass apple in number of downloaded apps. its more like even...at least in the business of apps, which just so happens to be in the market andi is in.
I think that what happened was a necessary evil, ANDI is destined for great things IMO, we will just have to let the nature of penny's run its course. Im not going anywhere, I think that the bottom isnt much lower than where we currently are. Unfortunately we had a hiccup but ANDI has too much going for itself to not head toward a penny for Christmas IMHO.
I have some friends that make android apps for a living, they do fine. The thing is that you have to market it and it has to stand out. I don't think some of their apps are worth porting over since some of them are practically in the standard android sdk. Honestly, it takes a little while to dial in your game loops and such, but once you have a good one you can easily build your other apps off of it. Hopefully that's where the company is at.
