Yea, but if the PPS doesn't move, then any new CD holders won't be able to sell if the stock goes to no-bid. The new CD holders will then force the company to do a reverse split. It's either that or they can sue the company for defaulting. Like I said in my previous post, it's any NEW CDs that will present a big problem. If the company is just waiting for the old CDs to clear out, then things could start to look up as soon as they're gone.
