What you are suggesting is that the DTC has some sort of malice toward Matt and company and is acting on such basis?

Again, you have fulfilled no obligation to any shareholder because there has been nothing disclosed with regards to any illegal activity on the DTC's part.

If Matt and company have any evidence whatsoever of any illegal activities at the DTC, then it is incumbent upon him to bring this to the Senator so he can launch an investigation. Otherwise, his words mean nothing. They mean nothing.

Well, only a court ultimately can decide what is "true" and what is "false," what is legal and was is illegal. But the company has an obligation to let shareholders and potential investors know what happened to it and I regard this as fulfilling that obligation.
