Saying they HAVE NOT come out to deny a MTV commercial is the SAME as saying they have not denied a SB commercial, they've done neither, nor have THEY said they were making an MTV commercial. So until the COMPANY says they are making an MTV commercial we cannot go off of what a random person says on Facebook. If you can provide a link from the COMPANY that says they ARE making an MTV commercial please provide it.
