Yep, and there isn't any evidence that the cavitation could provide efficiency of the burn of fuel...even it it got to the place it is burned. I haven't seen anything to suggest that efficiency could be gained, which could support the idea of better mpg.
Combustion of fuel is about 20% efficient...nobody has increased that rate very much over the years of burning oil derived products.
Certainly, if you could increase the efficiency with a new invention it would be big....so would finding a way to get moles out of your yard.
Prolly not gonna happen in either case. ;-)
