During my marathon phone call with them yesterday the first person I spoke to said I could sell GVRP but I had to do it over the phone and she would gladly transfer me to someone at the trading desk. (thinking about it now, I guess that was one way to get rid of me)

I get the person at the trading desk and I give him all of the information. A few seconds goes by and then he says...."I get an error when I put it in".

I almost laughed.
