We are talking about TOFS, not the OTC, did you check the topic of the board. Did you post to the correct board? This about Baron Capital, the legitimate company that is about to go through a name and ticker change, the one upgrading to the OTCBB, the one that is already conducting business as a broker.

There are a handful of Co's in the last 15 years I could name which started out on the Pinksheets/OTCBB and ultimately uplisted to the Nas/Amex. Many startup Co's originate on these lower exchanges. It means NOTHING as far as how credible they are. Yes, there are scams out there but lets not classify ALL into that category.
