What am I missing here? This GTC/Globalstar contract has an effective date of 2/10/11. The explanatory note states "...amendment to S-1 being filed, to re-file revised exhibit..." Re-file? I don't remember that particular exhibit/contract ever being filed. ?

Good stuff,considering they have amended plenty of other filings to eliminate/change and be more specific, as we noticed before.Including exact amounts in legal matters and the Space Florida change.Yet this is entered,but not eliminated.
